Bought Playback Pilot and it isn't working out? Email hello@playbackpilot.com with the email on the purchase and we'll refund you. Full refund within a reasonable window, no questions asked.
What about alpha users with a free code?+
Nothing to refund because there was nothing to pay. Your code covers 1.0 and free-tier updates within the 1.x line.
What about a paid upgrade later?+
Same policy. Email within a reasonable window for a full refund. Your prior install keeps working; you just skip the upgraded version.
